deBallet Atelier works to order and exclusively with dance schools, academies and professional dance projects. For this reason, our delivery conditions are different from those of an immediate-stock ecommerce store.
Made-to-order production
Once the quote and project details are confirmed, we begin preparation and production. As a guide, the usual timeframe is 15 to 30 days, although it may vary depending on the garment, quantities, customisation and material availability.
Delivery
Destination, delivery method, transport cost and expected timing are agreed with the school as part of each quote.
Changes before production
If you need to change sizes, quantities, colours or other details, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether changes can be made will depend on the stage of production.
